During his tenure as a chief conductor of the Uruguay National Symphony Orchestra “OSSODRE” , Mtro. Naser raised performances and audiences, created educational programs for over 30.000 students, and brought back the orchestra to the international classical scene, with world class artists and artistic compromise.

The Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra (OFCM), conducted by Naser, held a masterful concert with a program that included the works “Francesca da Rimini”, Op. 32, by Piotr Ilich Tchaikovsky, and “Transfigured Night”, Op. 4 by Arnold Schoenberg.
