In 2019 Mtro. Naser closed up historic seasons with the National Symphony Orchestra of Uruguay.

During his tenure as a chief conductor, Mtro. Naser raised the amount of performances from around 50 to 97 and audiences from less than 60K to over 135K over each season.

He created as well educational programs for over 30.000 students, and brought back the orchestra to the international classical scene, with world class artists and artistic compromise.

Artists such as Pinchas Zuckerman, Amanda Forsyth, Gustavo Nuñez, Lior Shambadal, Carlo Ventre or Michael Barenboim were to listen during this brilliant period.

Great achievements of his tenure were the international tours through Argentina and Brazil, after almost 30 years from the last international OSSODRE tour, and also his commitment to new pieces and first auditions like Alban Berg 3 orchestra pieces or Carol Szimanowsky concert overture.

His interpretation of the whole Beethoven symphonies cycle “in memoriam” to Erich Kleiber, was acclaimed by the audience and press.
